Meet The Team
Robert Jacobs, Principal, founded Brookhaven Capital Partners to invest across the spectrum of commercial real estate asset classes, both directly and with operating partners. Mr. Jacobs is a seasoned leader and investor, with a track record of successful investing over multiple assets classes, in multiple markets across multiple economic cycles.
Alex Yeros, Principal, has more than 30 years of investment and business development experience in infrastructure, real estate, and water rights. Mr. Yeros has a proven track record of developing businesses and relationships that create advantage for industry and build a new tax base as well as primary sector jobs for the community.
Jim Crawford, Partner at Brookhaven Capital Partners, is responsible for sourcing real estate investment opportunities in tactical national markets and helping lead the firm by developing and executing various strategies within real estate and infrastructure.
James Green, Partner, leads new acquisition and investment activity for Brookhaven Capital Partners. In this role, Mr. Green is responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting, and closing investments in all property types.
Peter Dreyfuss, Partner at Brookhaven Capital Partners, is responsible for sourcing acquisition and development opportunities, project and asset management in the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California Region. Mr. Dreyfuss has over 34 years experience in institutional quality commercial real estate, including development, asset management, property management, and finance.
From 1995- 2011, Mr. Dreyfuss was based in San Francisco as West Coast Director of Real Estate for The Broe Group based in Denver, a $2 billion privately held conglomerate of railroads, real estate, oil & gas, and venture capital (www.broe.com). During the late 1990’s, while at Broe, Mr. Dreyfuss was instrumental in the acquisition, finance, management, and disposition of a $270 million portfolio of office buildings in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Ross Grantham, Partner at Brookhaven Capital Partners, is responsible for sourcing, due diligence, and operation of the company’s railroad, terminal, and port infrastructure investment opportunities.
Michael Hilbert, Partner at Brookhaven Capital Partners, is based in Las Vegas. Mr. Hilbert is responsible for sourcing acquisitions and development opportunities and asset management in the Southwest Region including Nevada, Utah and Arizona. Mr. Hilbert has 35 years experience in both private and institutional commercial real estate underwriting, acquisition, finance, development and legal structuring.
Andrew Dale, Senior Associate, for Brookhaven Capital Partners, assists in the firm’s overall real estate and infrastructure strategies.
