Cherry Creek Medical Center is a five-story, 100,000 SF Class A Medical Office Building located in the heart of Denver’s prestigious Cherry Creek neighborhood. The project was conceived, designed, developed, and owned by Brookhaven. The building opened in September 2019. Brookhaven leased 100% of this state-of-the-art building to UCHealth, one of Colorado’s premier healthcare systems. 

 

OVERVIEW:

Brookhaven identified the lack of significant healthcare presence in the prestigious, supply constrained Cherry Creek market of Denver.

Overlooked by others, including the lack of execution ability by
healthcare systems themselves to identify and secure a site in this
prestigious market, Brookhaven, in a highly creative off-market
transaction, was able to secure the highly sought after prominent site at 100 Cook Street.

Brookhaven conceived, designed and presented this unique, one-of-a-kind opportunity to the major healthcare systems in the Denver market, resulting in significant competition among the systems for this opportunity. Brookhaven executed a 20-year, triple net lease with UCHealth for 100% of the building.
