Carl Luppens, Partner, has more than 30 years of providing strategic and comprehensive real estate solutions to major institutions as an attorney, consultant, real estate broker, investor and developer.
Immediately prior to joining Brookhaven Capital Partners he oversaw the development of Country Club Towers, a 800+ unit high-rise apartment project in a historic district in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Luppens brings an extensive background of Colorado based development experience including over 3 million square feet of vertical building development. Mr. Luppens’ initial work was as an attorney, representing the Washington University Medical Center accommodating its dramatic growth in a dense urban environment. For many years thereafter, Mr. Luppens represented both AT&T and Sprint on major real estate transactions in the Western United States as well as the Colorado telephone, gas and electric utility companies until mergers and reorganizations moved their headquarters out of state. He has also represented major law firms (such as Hogan & Hartson ‘Lovells’), accounting firms (such as Earnst & Young) and engineering firms (such as Jacobs Engineering) regionally. Mr. Luppens consistently received the highest client satisfaction ratings as a Senior Vice President at Cushman Realty Corporation.
